Selectthedatabasefieldsyouwanttouseontheform.Usethearrowbuttonsformanagingthe

fields.

Available table fields:Allfieldsdefinedinthedatabase.

Selected fields:Thefieldstobeusedontheform.

Clickthearrowbuttonstoselectfields.

Move selected field to the right side and use it on the table.
